Learn to Play the Game
As with all things in life, you need to learn how to play the game to win. Online tutoring cannot be used as a safety net for those who skip class or miss class assignments. Government findings have concluded that “instruction conducted entirely online is as effective as classroom instruction but no better.” It is only when education in the classroom is enhanced by online instruction that, “on average, had stronger learning outcomes than face-to-face instruction alone.”
The government study, however, did admit that innovations in the distance education industry could result in online instruction outpacing face-to-face instruction as the leading method of learning in the near future. Nevertheless, we highly recommend utilizing our online tutoring service in conjunction with strong class participation and effort.
